Los Angeles-based hosting company DreamHost is announcing this morning that it has raised $30M in a debt financing round, from Goldman Sachs. According to the company, the funding was structured as a $25M term loan and $5M revolving line and will go towards buying back the stake of one of the company's founders, to pay down equipment financing, and to make cash available for growth and working capital.
